Our Story

The experience obtained from the industry and observing how often projects fail, goals are missed, and regulatory findings are given, begged the need to identify a root cause. While there could be multiple causes, it is often due to not having adequate resources. This includes internal staff that not due to their fault, but lacking the skills and experience on the subject or simply not having enough bandwidth in their daily routines, to externally sourced resources from a contract staffing firm that searches resumes and candidates when a position needs to be filled.

Understanding the need of resources that can provide a real value to the client, a resource that adheres to the firm’s values and has been vetted to be adequate to the project at hand, BMS was formed. Where the service provided is not limited to the resources assigned, but includes the support from the entire consulting firm to ensure a quality product and service. We don’t want to be the firm used once, we strive on developing relationships and being able to service our clients with their continuous need.
